Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Cleaning Connection Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you" or "customer"). By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:


1. Services Offered
We provide one-off and regular cleaning services. Service availability is subject to confirmation upon booking.

 

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Deposits:
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required for all one-off services. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the terms stated in Section 4.
2.2 Payment:
Full payment for the service is due upon completion of the cleaning unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Pricing:
Prices may vary depending on the scope of work and will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.


3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations

We understand that life happens, and plans can change. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Rescheduling or Cancellations: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us maintain high-quality service and respect the time of our clients and staff. For any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.


3.2 Illness and Rescheduling:
If anyone in the home is unwell with a contagious illness, you must inform us immediately. We will reschedule the appointment to a mutually agreed-upon date.


4. Privacy and Data Protection
4.1 Personal Information:
We collect and store personal data, such as names, addresses, and contact details, for the purpose of providing services.Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.


4.2 Social Media and Content:
Before and after photos, as well as any videos recorded on the premises, may be used for marketing purposes on our website or social media platforms. Customers will receive a content consent form upon booking confirmation. Content will only be used if the form is signed and returned.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Preparation for Service:
The area to be cleaned must be accessible and free from excessive clutter. Any fragile or valuable items must be secured or removed before the service begins.
5.2 Health and Safety:
Customers must notify us of any health or safety hazards in the property prior to the service.


6. Liability
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services. However, we are not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear on items cleaned.
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as weak surfaces or fragile materials.
- Losses or damages beyond the scope of our control.


7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
